1971 CJ-5

My 1971 Jeep was purchased at a Saturday auction I learned about on a Friday. I had no intention of buying it because typically auction jeeps are junk. Honestly I thought this was was junk too. The only reason I bought it was because it had a 225 V6 Buick engine and it had a Warn Overdrive. Amazingly the jeep ran - and ran well - and is now my primary winter jeep. The picture on the right is plowing my driveway during the winter of 2010. Top off windshield down is the only way to plow!
